About ExamPhotoFit

Filling an online exam form usually stalls at the upload step. The photo is too big, the signature is too small, or the portal rejects the size without saying why. ExamPhotoFit exists to get you past that step quickly.

Every tool runs inside your browser. Your photos, signatures and documents are never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone.

The size rules on each exam page come from the latest notification we could find, and each page shows its source and when we last checked it. Rules change between cycles, so please confirm them against your own notification.

We aren't connected to any exam body or government department.

What the tools do

  • Exam pages resize your photo and signature to that exam's KB and pixel limits in one step, and list every upload rule with its source.
  • Photo and signature resizers handle any size in centimetres or pixels and any KB limit, for forms that aren't listed yet.
  • Resize to N KB pages compress a JPG to just under a set size while keeping it as sharp as possible.
  • JPG to PDF joins photos of certificates into one PDF under the size a portal allows.
  • The age calculator works out your age on an exam's cut-off date, including category relaxation.

How we check the rules

Each exam's limits are taken from its official notification or application portal, not from other websites. The exam page names that source and the date we last checked it. When a new notification comes out we update the numbers. If you spot a rule that has changed, please tell us at [email protected] and include a link to the notification.

What we don't do

We don't fill in forms, submit applications or store your files. Always check the final image against your own notification before you upload, because portals sometimes change their limits mid-cycle.
