How to resize for SSC
- Sign on plain white paper with the pen colour your notification asks for (usually black). Photograph it from directly above in good light.
- Choose each image above. Drag and zoom so it fills the frame.

Do I need to upload a photo for SSC?
No. SSC now takes your photo live with your webcam or phone camera while you fill the form, so there's no photo file to resize. Sit in good light against a plain wall, with no cap, mask or spectacles.
What signature size does SSC accept?
10 to 20 KB, 6 × 2 cm. Sign on plain white paper in the ink colour the notification asks for (usually black), then photograph or scan it.
Why was my upload rejected even though the size was right?
Portals also check things a resizer can’t fix: a blurred or old photo, a face that is too small, caps or dark glasses, a coloured background, or a signature in capital letters. Retake the image if any of these apply.
Is it safe to use this tool?
Yes. Your image is processed inside your browser and is never sent to any server. You can even switch off mobile data after the page loads and it still works.
